This is IRS 1D LISS III Image of Gulf of Khambhat, Gujarat. It is an inlet of Arabian Sea. The image shows scanty mangrove, extensive mudflat, sediment laden water, salt pans etc. One of the major estuary in western coast of India i.e. Narmada estuary is also clearly visible in this image
