Visit to Indian Institute of Remote Sensing

IIRS is a premier Institute in the field Remote Sensing and Geospatial technologies and its applications, receives many requests from the various organizations and individuals to visit the Institute. The Institute is a unit of Indian Space Research Organization ISRO, Department of Space Government of India follows the guidelines received from Government for the visitors. In general the visitors are advised to send their request (individual or Group) to Programme Planning and Evaluation Group (PPEG) at least 10 days in advance. The request should include the following details:

  1. Purpose of visit
  2. Name and Address of the Organization
  3. Name, email, phone, mobile number of the focal person
  4. Number of visitors
  5. List of all the visitors along with their Name, Photo Id Number, Mobile Number and Email
  6. Date and Time of visit
  7. Total duration of visit

All the visitors including focal person must carry his/her valid Photo ID card during the visit. The electron gadgets such as mobile phone, laptop, tablet etc. are not permitted to carry during the visit inside the campus.
